Experience in education shapes what we build.
Working directly with learners shows how much can be learned from the way someone tackles a question.
An experienced educator notices when a learner reaches for the wrong method or holds on to a misconception, and responds with a different explanation or a better-chosen exercise. We design software that makes those signals easier to see, across many learners and over time.
The same experience shows where judgement belongs. Software can surface patterns and save preparation time; deciding what a learner needs stays with the people who teach them.
